HOW TO USE
- First, before you use the proofing basket, spread a little flour into the surface and contours, this ensures the dough does not become stuck to the basket after rising.
- Next, place your fresh dough into the basket and cover to retain the moisture inside and prevent your dough from drying out, use cloth, cling film or a plate.
- After your dough has risen, flip the proofing basket to free the dough and you are ready to bake.
