They are easy to adjust for grain size - simply invert and loosen the top screw - shake to clear the grinder plates and then tighten or loosen the top screws for coarser or finer salt/pepper grain. 

It�s not called easy-fill for nothing � simply unscrew the knob on the top and remove along with the acrylic top without creating a mess. Fill up with your favourite whole peppercorns and coarse sea or rock salt, replace the top and continue to enjoy freshly ground seasoning.
