Why not have a go at making some of your own pasta that is both delicious and fresh. The Maison & White Pasta Drying Rack is the perfect kitchen assistant for your Italian taste creations. Manufactured from bamboo, this drying rack features 8 arms of 22cm where you can hang a large variety of pasta including tagliatelle, fettuccine, vermicelli, linguine & lasagna, and allow them to air-dry traditionally. Once your pasta is dry and the whole family has enjoyed your food, the drying rack can be folded down for easy and convenient storage.
WHY DRY?
If you�re new to making fresh pasta, you may not have heard of drying your pasta before. Once you have your pasta made, lightly dust with flour and hang over the arms, without the pasta touching each other and leave for at least 15 minutes. Thanks to the 8 arms, air can circulate freely around the pasta, allowing it to quickly dry. This allows it to become a little firm and less sticky, which helps prevent the pasta from clumping and sticking together when it is cooked.
COLLAPSIBLE
This pasta drying rack does require assembly when using. For storage, once you�ve finished with your drying rack you can fold it down so it doesn�t take up space in your cupboards. To flatten the stand down, rotate the feet inwards and gently release the arms from the main stand, rotate and resit vertically along the main stand.
